Using the site
You may read, share links to and print our pages for your own, non-commercial use. You may not copy our articles, photos or videos onto another site, sell them, or pass them off as your own.
Email sign-ups
When you give us your email address, we use it to send the updates or free guide you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Comments and messages
If you post a comment or send us a message, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to show or answer it. Don’t post anything illegal, abusive, hateful or spam, or anyone’s private information. We can remove anything that breaks these rules.
Travel information
Our guides are researched and updated, but visa rules, entry requirements, prices and safety conditions change without notice. Check official government sources before you travel. Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, medical or financial advice, and we are not responsible for travel decisions you make based on it.
Links and bookings
We link to other websites, including Klook. If you book through one of those links, the booking is between you and that company, under its terms. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Guides for sale
Paid travel guides are sold on BlackTravel.org and are covered by its Terms & Refund Policy.
Limits of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
